(Optional) In some cases of Pelvic Girdle Pain, relief can be gained by applying inward and upward pressure to the symphysis pubis joint. By applying the pressure pad, that can be placed against the symphysis pubis joint.

The pressure pad should be placed within the harness at point X, the pad can be moved in order to sit against the SP Joint. The pad can then be secured using the two wings. These fold over and secure against the outer part of the harness. Please note this is an optional feature and the harness can be worn without the pressure pad.
