STEP 1

Before using hg (harness gravidarum) maternity support belt, please read and follow instructions carefully. Correct application of the support is essential for the full function of the harness. Using a breathable stretch material to ensure a support.

STEP 2

Pull straps marked A+B – these support the weight of the Baby and therefore should provide lift of the belly, do not cross over the front of the belly and apply pressure inwards.

STEP 2 B

(Optional) In some cases of Pelvic Girdle Pain, relief can be gained by applying inward and upward pressure to the symphysis pubis joint. By applying the pressure pad, that can be placed against the symphysis pubis joint.

STEP 3

Whilst sitting down – bring points marked C+D upwards between the legs, place teardrop pad (optional) in desired position to sit against Symphysis Pubic Joint (adjustable) and then either in a seated or standing position pull straps C+D – these pri

STEP 4

Bring Points E + F together and fasten at front – these apply pressure to the pelvis/hips – adjust to desired pressure.

STEP 5

Adjust shoulder straps G+H to apply upward pressure as comfortable to wearer. All points can now be adjusted to suit wearer and provide support in specified areas as required.
